Need help. my server gets errors!

so i just made a server with wonkasource and i have done everything. but when i start the server i get this

then i get disconected when i try to log in. after i get dc the server says this

You got wrong opcodes in there

and how do i fix it? i dont know anything bout it :o

Get the opcodes from other sources or just try another one
