XML edit without making any effect.

Ok guys, here I am again and having a problem with changes making any effect in game. Ok, I am trying to modify the skills in each character I have, adding all skills lvl 10. I am doing it with iweb, because for some reason (or just because I making something wrong) pwAdmin open the character page but when I try to enter in xml editor, it loads forever. So, I use the skillhexgen in pwAdmin to get the codes, put it in role info in iweb and sve the changes, but when I enter in game, it still without changes.
So, what am I doing wrong?
OBS: Version is 1.4.5
