I'm trying to add custom items to my server and the tooltips aren't showing up in game after editing the itemtooltip_eng.bmd with magic hand. Here's a img of my item.bmd with the custom items: http://i.imgur.com/xjVZgC3.png
and here's a img of my itemtooltip_eng.bmd : http://i.imgur.com/rSIccPs.png - after adding the tooltip in i did the bmdfix. Am I using the right ID/groups etc? this is for swords. Why won't the tooltip show up in-game?
use the pentium tools, sometimes its better than the mu magic hand.

I could try i guess but the itemtooltip.bmd is specific to my client (i think). One thing I noticed in magic hand the bottom tabs for the groups (0,1,2,3 etc) are specific to their categories e.g. swords = group 0. But when I click on the group 0 it's every item not swords specifically - unlike the other tabs which are specific to their group - i don't know if this would have anything to do with it? Since I can't add the new sword item to the swords tab I'm adding it into the 'crossbow' tab but I'm assigning C1 to 0 for swords..Quote:

i try to edit my bmd file and i have lots of rows, not only one.
here is the bottom of my itemtooltip_eng.bmd in the first category (0) as you can see it's listing every item instead of just the swords: http://i.imgur.com/kMcL55w.png Is it supposed to be like this or is it supposed to be only swords in the first tab/category ?Quote:
