As for no-ip, I am not familiar with it, so I cannot help you with that. Sorry.

you habe on the box network birdge or NAT ??

Create a host on no-ip(the website) and give him the host name not the host ip. And test if ur ports are open using PFPortChecker, and make sure ur server and maps are on before you test.Tell him to edit it in the server list in the patcher side. Show work.
