Can't job adv + Most commands not working

I can't job advance.. whenever I finish the quest i'd get a confirmation that I changed jobs but when I check my skill tree i'm still the first class.

Also only the commands shown in "/? a" are usable by me, I can't use any of the hidden ones like /level /setglevel /forcerank etc etc. Also how do you guys update the game bit by bit?

I've tried unpacking many DN resource files and it'll either give my server a Critical Error or when I try to load it clientside connecting to server, I get an exception error or get disconnected. :?:

EDIT: I'm using the DN ID Repack with Saints Haven and all databases are clean + original from leechclown's thread.
