Lcator Config Load Fail* not like all another ..

I have Window 7 Premium Edition ..Okok so i have SQL 2005 , studio and express this part is good , i made the gunzDB , i edit Account , loggin , LocatorsStatus and Server status ... i config everything in my client , matchserver work , serveragent too but locator when i'm tryng to open it a page open and writed ''Lcator Config Load Fail'' i thintk the locator.ini and Locatorsstatus are good edited help me :Di checked many other thread was writed Vista dun work and idun have vista and other was like no password , i have one .. pm me on skype : targetgunz
