Arthur - A scalable high performance networking and database module used to support Excalibur.
Networking -
Using .NET 4.5 we're building all of the infrastructure around SocketAsyncEventArgs which uses IOCP on the windows side instead of select().
Implementations of async and await, why should you have to wait on us?
Database -
Multiple database sources shall be implemented such as MySQL, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL
Connection pooling is a requirement in our code as we want to be as fast and optimized as possible.
Sanity is always a concern, so we're taking that out of your hands and putting in the feeling of safety there instead.
Packets -
Reflection for callbacks and flags for authentication, defining a packet callback couldn't be any easier!
Sanity checking built into our type creators so you don't have to worry about malformed packets coming your way.
