I hava some porblem when I set up the server for Prefect World with 1.4.8 V85.
I hope to change the time for earnings of the game ,I only can shutdown the display in the game for change the file by intface.pck,whit I change the file,only display, If I reset the time wiht WallowLight 0.5f to 1 and WallowHeavy 0 to 1 in gs.conf dor server ,It's still hava no effect in this game,
But when I restart the service for Prefect World ，I find it show the time of the earnings have affected by this three parameter “2 4 5" ! we find the parameter is in gs.conf with WallowTime , I change this still have no effect , So I don't konw how to change this ,.
who can help me ,Thanks vert much！！！

I hava download this software with goole ,But I find the software have so many name , hex-editor. etc.. That I did't hava a truesoftware. I need the link for the true download

there are MANY hex editors. ANY one of them will work

If I din't to change the gs ,can I change the time for earnings ,who hava tested?
