I can create quests normaly through Lua scripts.
But how can i edit it to make a quest for only a chinese players ?

you can take tour on lua scripts maybe you can find a script for that but if you don't find you can make the quest reward for chines class only or euro class only

make the quest after done reward an item but if the chines char he done the quest he will get the item if euro he will get empty reward
