Client Outdated?

I have a windows 8 so I needed to update to v117.2 and used a guide for that. After that I still had the v117 setup but a v117.2 maplestory.exe but when I press on the client wich I got from Len-Basic_v115.1 which was used in a video on how to make a v117 maplestory private server. I remade the server because know one could log in or even launch the game but I could and I was using Hamachi. Do I need to get a v117.2 Setup AND Localhost ? If I do please link.
