[Solved] Questions about legal things: Building and opening servers.

Hello,
I am living in Turkey (Turkish Republic) and I can build a private server of Ace Online / Air Rivals game, which is a game that Game Forge own the distrubition rights in Turkey. I'm using the files of Ace Online which is a game that distrubition rights owned by Suba Games. So, I would like to ask you a few questions:

1) Is it legal and free to build and open a Ace Online / Air Rivals Private Server? Do I get sued if I do?

2) Is it true that Gameforge or Subagames giving Licenses or Permissions for Private Servers?

3) There are open private servers, how do they stay open? Did they take license or permission from Gameforge / Subagames or is it free to open without any license or permission?

4) Selling items or in-game credits are legal or illegal?

5) (IMPORTNANT PART) THE FILES WHICH I USED TO BUILD THE GAME BELONGS THE ACE ONLINE, SUBAGAMES. BUT MY SERVERS LOCATED IN TURKEY, AND I LIVE IN TURKEY. AND IN TURKEY GAMEFORGE HAS THE DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS OF AIR RIVALS SO SHOULD I TAKE THE LICENSE OR PERMISSION FROM GAMEFORGE OR SHOULD I TAKE IT FROM SUBAGAMES? (Sorry for writing it in capitals. It's the most importnant question.)

Usually when they find your server, the company that has the license from continent/country game, send an email requesting the fechamendo your server.

You wanna really Pay over 400k € for a Hamachi Server?
(H8ers incoming, a friend told me that Price, correct me if i'm wrong)

There are http://skyrivals.com/ and http://herorivals.com/ Turkish Servers owned by same person. I might be wrong but I don't think they have a legalized company. Afterall, if needed my aunt has a legalized company. All I need to do is paperworks i guess...

400K €?! I'm talking about a normal Hamachi Room. A free one. I setup the server on it's IP and we (5 people) will play it.

Edit: Ofcourse I'm not trying to get a license for 5 people. But I work with Hamachi if i can't (probably i can't do that) get the license.

I probably won't get it i know... But how can Sky Rivals stay open? Masang doesn't noticed it? Or they noticed but Gameforge doing nothing? I don't know, this drives me crazy lol :D

Sky-Fighter, DreamAce.net (the old one) and some other Servers...all stay open because they are protected against Masang

They are all private server, any time Masang may request the closure of the servers.

@holchan May I have your opinion about: building a server on Windows Server and open it. Just play it with friends, not selling anything not getting any earnings and I will shut it down when Masang wants. Will be there any problem?

You can open a server and sell items. If Masang discover your server, they will send an email or letter requesting closure of your server.
If you do not close your server, you will be processed.

Please, i KNOW Sky-Fighter is protected, believe me...if they wanna catch Fame they can't because no information about his person is online, ok they could try to take down the Server but nothing more

And hochlan, you have experiences, right? ;)
there are loads of private servers, but I am sure a quite big game company and their partners are not as stupid to just take down shit. Thats like a tarded move... (There are more clever things to make)
Priv. Server are getting a bad karma... Its not what it was like 2 years ago.
And if a server really gets too big - Derivative Rivals / Fallen Gears *cough* - they go and take it down and sue owners / leaders of the server ;)

Masang wont give a shit about you, playing with some friends over an hamachi network... As that is actually a big VPN, they wont even notice smth...
