I seldom eat the buttery kind, I self pop my own and add about a tbsp of buttery salt, which in that case is no where near as bad as you as, movie theater popcorn :P
as for the rinds the only really thing good about them is their protein count. Yeah I eat chicken, meat, pork but you can't reall call that junk food :P but decent advice for those fat people :P
