Hamachi & Aion Lightning 4.0

Hello guys.
I know that the issue I will describe has been discussed several times. But the solutions offered in other posts don't seem to help me solve my problem.

I am hosting an AL 4.0 server on my windows 8 pc.I have edited the ipconfig of the gameserver appropriately to use the hamachi ip and also edited the IP range to allow hamachi IP addresses. I also set the login server's mask ip to : * (left it default) with navicat. But when my friend (Windows 8) tries ro connect, he gets Cannot connect to the authorization server. I know it must be a problem with the DLL files because ive also set the bin32/config.ini appropriately. Can someone point me to wokring DLLs for Windows 8 please?
