Brand new installation IIS + SQL problems

Hey guys

is there anyone you want to give me a hand on a brand new server (SQL, IIS is installed but im missing something)..

Actually the launcher open for client, but when I try to register and validate the XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX it takes like 30 seconds then shows up CD KEY INVALID..

It's prolly something about the API and SQL connection together..
