[Question] How to gain more skill points?

Recently, I want to learn more skill, but my skill point(SP) is depleted and I have reach the upper limit....
So, can I change some value in DB to gain more SPs?
I've found some thing similar in DB. DNGSM -> extJob I change the value of maxSPJob0, maxSPJob1, etc.
However, it is not work... :'(
Is there any one who can help me?

Btw, how to update server and client? Can I copy .pak and Dragonnest.exe from other private server and unpack .pak and then copy all Res to server GameRes?? Also change the log in ip of that .exe.
