Wrong section. Should be in help.
But: The best source here is most likely the Allright source for features. But it is pretty bugged. The most "stable" in my opionion is prob DNC but it lacks what other server have.

for someone who is just starting out and want to start getting used to doing some work and to get a basic server running i would say
