Level 3 wings chaos machine mix %

here's my SCF_ChaosMachine.ini:

currently with level 3 wins once you put in all items the % is only around 10%. and with talismans and items 15% how do I increase this?

try making minpercent 60 and max 100
on both of them
what files are u using exactly?
