When is ''HE'' a mutant;
when hes all green colored and etc,
Or can shoot laser outta hes eyes,
when hes like 3 years younger then you and muuuuch stronger,

I think evolution will occur to some extent within humans. It's becomming more and more difficult to find a highly paid job due to everyone seeing the need to be involved in higher education.
