Teleport only with JOB Suit

Hello,
I have a question. Do you have any idea about Teleport only with Job Suit?

I'm tried with items, but that will be work only after teleport.
I'm tried with add lines of GROUP_SURVIVAL_COLOSSEUM_RefGame_World_Config too but didnt work.
