There are already guides all over the net on how to set up everything that has to do with running a silkroad server. Google works wonders.

Yeah this is a problem when purchasing items from the item mall. I have not really had the time to work with these files since the release, but these are some easy problems that can be fixed. When I have the time I can fix them upload a release with some fixes unless somebody else does before me and releases them.
