A friend of mine says DwIosize isn't declarated right. I just have to find where the variable is located and change it into binary.
I have no experience in SQL so I have no idea.

Ok, the problem is in the database.
I just trial & errored some things:
◘Removed Inventory, MagicList and Quest in DefaultClassType.
◘Added ExtInventory and S6EP3_PS_FIX in Character. Also set Allow Nulls to every column except mu_id which didn't allow it.
This 'fixed' the errors I posted above, but after trying to connect ExDB just crashes. (I think it was ExDB, forgot it as I'm typing).
Anyway I didn't expect this to enable me to join game. But at least I'm a step closer to solving the problem.

I had the same problem to create accounts but I put this patch and I can create accounts served create character
but enters the game freezes loading

you only need to check the picture and go to the database and edit a little bit.. its not a big thing... if you cant edit the database what will you do if you have database error? / sql crash / etc? you will cry like a girl?!
try again and again.. you cant learn if you dont want to do it totally...

Used other server files. Happily adjusting my server right now.
Btw I have no problem finding solutions to problems. It's just annoying when you read the files are working and then eventually they don't work. I'm a newby to this, you have to start from basics that work.
It will probably have been a mistake on my part. But after a week of trial & error I finally managed to get a server working, so don't tell me I'm crying like a little girl :p
But I understand, there's a lot of 'HELP ME' threads on RZ.
