anyone know why this happens?

when i use photoshop/imageready, i try to put an animation into a sig but then the sig turns black and white. how can i change/fix this?

try and make the animation on the same image, im not to exact why it happens but im not to sure imageready likes, how do i put it... transfering animations to an image? im not sure

use animation shop lol.

animation shop? is that a program you use to make your sigs or is that like in photoshop? :P
