simple fix , go to >Control Panel> System>advanced system settings>tab advanced > down to performance and click on settings , go to the >Data Execution Prevention tab and click on Add and make sure that all your server files are added in there from the looks of it you either do not have shardmanager or gamemanager added in , ALSO right click on them in your folder go to properties and to the Compatibility tab and put a check mark in Run this program as administrator on all your server file , then reboot your server and you will be good to go.
hint: don't use hamachi is easy to take hack.
