White Screen on Client Entry

Hello everyone, I seem to get a problem where when I attempt to connect to my hotels client, it brings me to a white screen and doesn't do anything. I believe my webbuild is up to date - and I also think it may be a swf problem. I am willing to tv anyone of they can help, my Skype is gevin.campos. Below is a picture of the white screen. ALSO I AM RUNNING IIS, NOT XAMPP

Have you configured your external variables and do all links in your configs work?

I have[confirmed] replaced all the "localhosts" in my external_variables file with my vps IP. All the links in my config point properly to the right place and do work. Not quite sure what else it could be, though in my external_variables file I did already attempt changing banner.php to banner. No difference.
