i've also encountered that issue 2days ago. Use the GShopEdit tool, import the 2 client files (gshop.data and gshop1.data). For us beginners remove all the items inside the 2 gshop files then export to client same file name and export also to server side with names gshopsev.data and gshopsev1.data. make sure also the timestamps of these 4 files are syncronized to resolve the issue on "The boutique is out of phase".

fgru, it's the Wardrobe Stone and his price is 10000 then the max stack is 100 (in my elements.data). I looked for all items because I had this problem..
