All NPC's are empty

Hello everyone,

i edited just for a test and added 13dg glavie to dw smith npc .... (refpackageitem ...refpricepolicyofitem...refscrapofpackeitem and refshopgoods)
After DB i added the new line to each .txt of media.pk2...
I added every .txt step by step to my media so i can see when it is crashing ... now my problem...
When i add refpackageitem ...refpricepolicyofitem...refscrapofpackeitem to my media.pk2 all is fine and working but i cannot see the weapon in npc ... sure bcs refshopgoods isnt updatet.
BUT when add refshopgoods now to my media.pk2 (just edit with 1 new line(13dg glavie)) the client dont crash but ALL Npc's ingame are empty :/

simple to fix > change your textdata format Encoding from ANSI to UCS-2 Little Endian and your problem will be solved
it takes UCS format for the gameserver and if your saving it as ANSI it can not read it so save any and all text in UCS format
