"...Requesting User Confirmation..." stuck on that.

Hi, me and 2 more friends have a vsro set up on one computer. We opened all the ports and forwarded everything vsro uses.
The thing is that when the PC SERVER try to connect to the game, he can.

But when me, on my pc try to join HIS server (with external IP off course and port well set). I can open the client, good, I see the server, good!....I log my ID and PW, Good! Captcha, Good!....then, suddenly it stucks for ever on "...Requesting user confirmation..." and nothing happens.


I tried this with GM and Without GM. The thing is that we cannot connect remotely from anywhere besides the Local connection.


Any help? :D

did you add your ip to the SRO_VT_ACCOUNT .dbo.PrivilgedIP table ? to allow you to connect ?

Yes, but, I've tried without being GM (normal user), and neither can I join like that.

Being GM or Not, in local connection my friend can. I want to join the server via my pc (not local connection, actually, the server's pc is on mexico and i'm on Argentina :P)

ok let me put it this way , first is this a home PC ? and are you running Hamichi ? is yes to both then you can not connect to the "Server" Home PC without putting in 3 things , First the main computers Hamachi IP , second your Hamachi IP and third your REAL ip all 3 have to be in the privaledgedIP table or you will just sit there at the log in screen forever .

Nope, we arent using Hamachi. and Yes, this is a Home PC, not a dedicated server.
All ports are opened trough Port Forwarding and there's not Firewall.

have him put your ip in privaledgedIP table and see if you can connect , if you can then its a wrong port setting if you cant then its an account setting or IIS error

Try to use USE Redirect Gateway Server : Type ip and Ports Like 15779
Or
Screen ( SRGameserver &Gateway server)
