if you use item.isf of CR v4 you have to use other files of it also like skinobject.rcc or other files. because their encryption is different.
descrypt the item.isf using cr rancryption Open cR item.isf using CR item editor save as .csv then open .csv using neo item editor then save as item.isf then enscrypt using neo rancrypt
about itemstrtable.txt descrypt it us cr cryption the enscrypt using neo crypt
