So yes, go to the tab TB_User.
Set GM_Rank to 1,
Set sec primary & sec content instead to 1, to 2.
1 is game developer , 2 content administrator 3, content User 4 content marketer 5 is content monitor 6 is content GM 7 is GM Leader.

If you make a new GM category/group, just don't add the SR_GM_Lvl3 and SR_GM_Lvl5 to the list. Those are the command privileged parameters with "/makeitem" and "/loadmonster".
