What your going to want to do is:
Delete ALL the api files located in the root of your site (wwwroot, htdocs etc)
Go to your Skin folder and find your skin
Go to each of the pages which have a "Enter Hotel" sign on it (e.g. me.php) (Open in Notepad++)
Press CTRL+F and search for the following:
<a href="{url}/api.php" target="eac955c8dbc88172421193892a3e98fc7402021a" onclick="HabboClient.openOrFocus(this); return false;">Enter {hotelName} Hotel<i></i></a>
Then replace it with:
<a href="{url}/client.php" target="eac955c8dbc88172421193892a3e98fc7402021a" onclick="HabboClient.openOrFocus(this); return false;">Enter {hotelName} Hotel<i></i></a>
Then you should be done, and it should from then on work!

where you set it up remove all your info on there, or just delete the api voting document.
When i do delete it, it goes like this when i click "enter hotel" http://prntscr.com/35ytbw

Nothing hard
1. Go to me.php
2. Search for api.php
3. Replace with client.php
Done.

I figured it out, It was the same how you said but just replace with client.
