Check the weapon item of the npc in the zitem.xml the damage is probelly 0 or the weapon doesn't excist

I know this problem. Did you changed someing in your system.mrs -> npc.xml..? if yes try an BackUp and look if it works.
and not miss anything npc.xml
so an told me I do not have the codes that are the npc zitem.xml
