[POSSIBLE NEW IDEA] Type of Skill?

Hello guy's im here with a verry diffrent subject than most of the rest well atleast i tink so,

So i was wondering if it was actually possible to do the tings below

- Make a skill like:
EXAMPLE: Enable tings like &speed 2000 for admins
(just with a single button)

- Other skills like:

Elderine teleport skill? (with cooltime ofcourse..xD)
just like a cool effect and then teleport, or not.

Im sorry poeple im not really up to date, so yeah is anny of this possible?

xD yeah thats kinda too lazy your right,

and could you explain me what you mean by using a script?

do you mean like

/eldy teleports you to eldy
or &eldy
or actually a skill?

NextIdea the speed thing is possible it was done on the old files with GMDash.

You kinda can't make new commands, so on every map you plan to use it you add additional script which you would excecute like &scrint MyCoolWarpToEldy or something :)
And the script would show your cool warp animation and then warp.
