SMC Auto Patch issue with different file extension

I am facing an issue about my client mobility.

If I want to update my file cluster (renamed the files, e.g. media.pk2 to abc12.eee), the whole files which are intented to get into these files won't work. They patch process will only create a folde instead and will put the files there.

Any idea how to fix this crap? I don't want to let the people download the client all over again, and I am not really amused uploading the updated client the whole time on 5 different hosters <.<'

Short:
Media.pk2 (and all others) renamed and as well changed at the silkroad.exe/replacer.exe/sro_client.exe
Changed password on each file and the same goes for the *.exe files
The game is working perfect, no crashes etc.
