Hallo, i wanna release my SHN Editor 4vb .
Changelog:
-Encoding Fix (äöü) can be saved now.
-NpcDialogData.shn,TextData.shn can be saved without bugs.
-Fullscreen mod
-Item Editor fixes + Updates (new Values to change etc.)
