The problem probably isn't the source if you're able to open the client. It's likely a compatibility issue with W10 and V83 clients.

Check your serverconstants.java. Check to see if the IP is changed to the same IP in your LEN as well.

1. Edit the LEN configuration file.
2. Change "127.0.0.1" to your IP.
