putty refuses to download the files using the code provided in the video tutorial. Is this normal? I recive a timeout error after 40 secounds

Putty doesn't execute the code for some reason. Says after 30 seconds that there is a timeout.

Yeah, the first kundun quest gives the response: this quest cannot be found.
Does somebody a solution for this, because it stops game progress.
