yes it is, go ur interface folder --> decompile default.mrs --> get ur loading screen u wanna use!
change the name to Loading_wall01 or Loading_dash. place inside the Loading map --> compile back!

U can also change the commands by opening Gunz.exe with ur HeX editor!
Search for text string /admin_ban <name> and change the hex to /disconnect <name>
