Server time is current time of (client) player not a server time.

i dont have that problem! But maybe you need to logout with character then MySQL save character position. And check periodicsave.properties.

On the new emu all skills is 12 seconds cooldown. Where to change to normal?

I have Avast and its not alert virus! Just stop downloading on exact 40mb. After I disable Avast shields I was able to download.
