Meh, it's a start, but needs more work. Rewrite the code by hand and use invisible tables to position things. They're old, and whilst others may warn you not to use them, I use them on a daily basis.

If you want a mysql gui tool to do all the work for you, let it be myquickadmin. It's free and uses PHP, so you can have your mySQL managed remotely.

That's an MD5 dictionary. Sure, you can get it's original text form, but it must have the dictionary equivalent. Thus, you fail for not doing your research.

MD5 is not made by converting text, it is made by making a hash of the text. I will not go into details about what that is.
Also, remember you can't change MD5 back into text!

Xampp is NOT a good decion. Use indigoperl or manually install apache and php. Install mysql manually while you're at it.
