I'm pretty sure these are custom, and they are made by Habbo-Alpha so that explains the "H", I first saw these rooms on Habbo-Alpha a few weeks ago and they have never been published on Puhekupla.

It's because you need to replace effect 1 with the new effect. Change from Spotlight to Hoverplank and clear your browser cache.

As mentioned, a few details are insipired by the Shock!CMS. You can't really judge by looking at one picture. If you compare the files you would easily understand(or you would probably not), but...

We did not use anything from Shock and this design is pretty much based on Bootstrap. The layout however is pretty similar and a few of the details, but everything is from scratch.

I can easily see your problem,

1) CloudFlare Free is no DDoS Protection, Layer 7 attacks go through CloudFlare.
2) Your HTTP proxy is hosted at OVH, OVH does not handle Layer 7 attacks that well....

This wouldn't be an issue if you stopped advertising on the Norwegian hotels.

But your best option would be to invest in some HyperFilter protection.
