grade.dat is for player level not for item grade

you must buy license for cerberus protection.if not your server is not protect

first you must look log from your zone what happen with your server.and try to fix it
second I never use that config, I always use Windows Authentication.and this is my rfacc config in my server...

you can found in tutorial secrion from likertuban post, he post how to add new line for item.edf using 010 editor its same but not 100% same because adding line in resource.edf not many more step...
