there is a 2 factor in FPS, one is in your PC, the second is in your cpu thread setting in field configuration. FPS in server files was handled by Field server, I guess.

Check ItemColor in UiItemInfoLoader, the color of the item is depend on the ITEMCOLOR setting which is based on your EMITEMLEVEL.
