There has been an attempt already, running from 2018 to early this year, of building a development project.
But lack of attention + dedication made it stop, despite a few dedicated people...

For your information, Desert Core is now free.

The emu is running on Java > any Java editor
The database is using MongoDB > any Mongo editor
The internal emu database is using SQLite > any SQLite editor
Config files are .xml files > any XML...

Yeah you only have to save the mongoDB database.

At the moment, there are no "perfect" public emulator. All files you'll see are broken (more or less). If people are trying to make you buy files, pretending they are fully working, you are getting...

Those files are heavily broken, you'll have a lot of issues using them.

It's already difficult to work on the PC game, I hardly believe anyone is bothering with the mobile version atm.

You shouldn't try this with the current Meta Injector.
Modifying the Bexcel and putting it back in the paz files will cause your client to crash or the NPC to blink.
