Uset Ran_Crypt.exe in a_bin ep10.rar to decrypt , after decrypt check .txt by hex program , First byte are 04 00 00 00. Other bytes value it don't work.

If you add nPort in to param, you can control login port. If not add game is set to dault login port (5001).
