When I unpack it gives me a file named qqqqqqqqqqqq and a lot of q.

I tried to drag the pak file to the pangupk.exe and also tried it in...

I was able to run this without errors.. but I was wondering, what does this tool do? Is this just a launcher?

I am confused.
