SOLVED.

To fix it, stops all servers and exec all .SQL files in the folder Aion-Lightning-4.9/AL-Game/sql/updates on al_server_gs database.

I got the same error too.
I don't knew when the level is been loosing, but ill try look for it.

I fixet it uninstalling all java versions on my pc and installing ONLY java jdk 7u80 64-Bits.

i don't think you can run this emulator on a vps. Try one dedicated server with at least 2 cores (but im my opinion u maybe neeed 4), ant at least 8GB ram.
