I ran main.exe as administrator and it works as a charm.

Added manifest to main.exe so it always asks to run as admin

Thanks. It seems that there are alot misconfigurations in config files.
Also, as mentioned above, found out that only selling +15 items in shop mess up prices.
Potion/DS/BC and other prices in...

Item prices in shops are messed up.
For example -
Devils eye is listed for 1kk, but you buy it for 100k
It shows that you can sell wings for 400kk, but gives you only 3kk
Exc shows for 25kk,...

Okay, seems that I found solution. It was missing atioglxx.dll file even tho client didn't show any errors that it's missing. :):
