It would be much better if you just use a more modern cms like Webengine, you could easily find a lot of templates too.
Why do you need someone to create your server? There are tons of free files and guides on how to do it.
If you do not even learn the basics then you will not be able to manage it anyway.
They are probably using their own website, you will not find the exact same web with same functions etc anywhere.
