    I really dont know. I'm not used make client mods.
    the basic idea would be to change the buttons standard textures... put the ones you want instead.

    but you will need to edit buttons positions...

    there are "sprites" (quad or rectangle) that is rendered using identity view and projection matrix.
    the texture is changing every 40 ms (this is, 25 fps).

    i did some progress this weekend, but like i said, i coded my own server and client, now it's pure C++ client (before was 70% C#).

    it's probably the best client modding release so far, very useful post rendering effects, easy to modify shaders to add custom features (for those who are interested, try fx composer from nvidia)....

    interesting, i used XNA for a while too. It's very easy compared to opengl or directx.
    btw, which format did u use? xna has a complete fbx library, did u convert smd -> fbx?
