Buy a bare metal game server from OvH if you want proper hosting for your server. If you can't afford it you should probably not look into owning a server.

What files do you use and what season? IGCN if I'm not mistaken has this option in Data/Common.ini

GMO should follow World of Warcraft and open servers for old versions of the game. I think that would bring back many of the old timers in the game

OpenMu is a total rewriting of the Mu Online code and you could use it for what you need since you have access to the whole source and you can keep/remove things, but this takes extensive coding...
